Here are five ideas for better engagement.

The first Australian Citizens Parliament has been held and I participated as a table facilitator. It was fast paced, intense, inspiring, deliberative, exhausting, and hot. Follow this link to read my reflections.  

There are some strong advocates of random sampling amongst the leaders of community engagement in Australia. I recently was involved in random sampling for a major community foum for Yarra Ranges Shire Council.
